On Saturday, January 12th, "Samara Rocks" a benefit concert for Chesterfield Elementary student Samara Sheller, was held at West Windsor Plainsboro HS South.
Samara has been fighting childhood cancer, and the proceeds will be gifted to the family.
During the concert, Samara made several on-stage appearances, such as to sing "I Want to Hold Your Hand" by the Beatles, and to play the drums.
WBNC News interviewed one of the organizers of the event, Jared Glassband, a 12 year old 7th grader, who is friends with Samara.
